What you entrust to HERITA remains yours. Your memories never become our property — we hold them, we never claim them.
Your memory is not for sale. We do not sell it, we do not analyze it for commercial purposes. Not today. Not tomorrow. In no form.
You decide what is seen, by whom, and how far. Even within one family, no one enters where you haven't opened the door.
HERITA doesn't exist to lock your memory away, but to let it continue — passed on to those you choose, today and after you.

What is yours stays yours
The Oath commits HERITA. Here is what that means in practice. We don't build advertising profiles from your family. We don't train systems on your memories. What you share within your family goes no further — unless you decide otherwise.

Even a family needs boundaries
Your Home Has Doors
Some doors of the Home are open to every Guardian. Others open only to those you choose. Others still have a single key: yours.
Family
Visible to every Guardian in your space.
Shared
Visible only to those you designate.
Private
Visible to you alone — until you decide to open the door.
You can change these permissions at any time. A door you close, closes instantly.
The rooms we don't leave open
Some spaces ask for more than a key — the Succession Chamber, the Medical Record, the Family Estate. What you place there follows the same permission rules, held to a higher standard of care.

CONTINUITY
Protecting a memory also means knowing who to entrust it to tomorrow.
When you won't be there
One day, someone else will carry your Home. HERITA lets you designate, starting today, who takes over — a Successor Guardian, chosen by you, recognized by your family. This isn't a thought to avoid: it's a decision made once, calmly, so what follows never depends on urgency.

The proof
The HERITA Trust Register
The Oath commits HERITA. Here, plainly, is what supports it technically today.
The Vault
The Vault is encrypted in AES-256 on your device, for the content placed there.
The Connection
Every connection to HERITA is protected by TLS encryption.
The Home's Boundaries
Your permissions determine who, within your family, can access what. This rule is enforced by the database itself, not only by the screen you see.
Succession
You can designate a Successor Guardian, starting today. Transmission follows the rules you set — not an automatic mechanism.
Our limits, stated clearly
- —Vault encryption protects certain content today — not yet the whole Home.
- —A complete export, independently decryptable of HERITA, is not yet available.
- —Global self-service account deletion is not yet a complete capability.
- —We do not claim that recovering an entire Home independently of HERITA is possible today.
We don't ask you to take our word for it. We give you the tools to verify it yourself.
FOR THE LONG TERM
A family's memory should never depend blindly on a company's existence.
And if HERITA were no longer here?
HERITA is built to last beyond a single generation, device, or era. The independence guarantees we aim for are not all delivered today. Our direction is clear: to progressively let every family keep its legacy in forms it can carry, preserve, and pass on, beyond HERITA.
This Oath isn't a marketing line. It's a commitment HERITA makes, today, before your family — one it will have to keep, every day, to deserve it.
